| What happens if I am just not happy with the car? Since Royal places a high emphasis on long term customer satisfaction, if for whatever reason you are not completely happy with your vehicle purchase, simply bring it back to the location that you purchased it from! Additional Details: 72 hours begins at the close of business day that the vehicle contract was signed. The customer may return the vehicle for a credit to be used towards any other vehicle in our inventory. In extenuating circumstances a full refund may be available to the customer. Customer is responsible for any excessive wear, abuse, misuse, vandalism or damage incurred during 72 hour time window. |
